[Hansel] Visit at the clinic (finished)

Well now, that was a bit of a problem. Caramia had been cleaning his room, taking care of his medecine cabinet, when he'd noticed a specific bottle of medecine was almost empty. While he probably could deal with it for the time being, he knew better than to ignore it. His body loved to cause him trouble by getting sick in the most annoying ways possible- no doubt the next time he'd get sick, he'd need precisely this type of medecine. And there was no way he'd drag himself to the doctor's office once sick.

He could always ask someone to do his errands for him, but this was one of these rare times when he didn't have a pile of work waiting for him ; He could do it himself. Besides, it had been a while since he last saw Robin, and he felt like he could maybe use this opportunity to chat a little, or get a quick check-up, just to be sure he was all good.

With that in mind, he took no time going to the clinic, knocking on the door lightly before pushing it open and stepping in. Only to notice it seemed like the doctor wasn't in. That was a bit of a problem too, actually. Hoping the other man would be back soon, Caramia decided to go sit down on a chair, letting out a small sigh. Just his luck.

The smile that had appeared on Caramia's face as he got ready to greet the doctor ended up in a sort of tense grin. This was definitely not the doctor; First of all they were much shorter, not all dressed in black, didn't wear a beaked mask and probably didn't hold any medecine in these pockets. No, it was more likely to be dynamite sticks or hand-grenades.

It wasn't a Sunday, but this was the clinic. Usually, fights didn't break out in here, though usually, the doctor was in to prevent them from starting. Caramia wasn't one to really think before acting either. His first instinct had been to reach for his guns, making sure he was ready to use them if things turned ugly.

In the meantime, he felt surprising the other wouldn't go down too well. Making his presence known would be best, or at least it seemed to be the case. He'd see if he was right or not pretty quickly anyways. And he didn't even bring reinforcements with him, that had been a stupid thing to do.

"Hello Hansel. I'm afraid the doctor isn't in yet."

The tone used was light and friendly, though there was a small strain in his voice, indicating he wasn't entirely relaxed around the other.

His eyes had followed the other man's hands movement, noticing where they went. Well shit, he wasn't sure he could talk him out of this one.

"He'd probably appreciate it if he found back his clinic like he left it."

Then again reasoning with him probably wouldn't work; he had his hand firmly on his gun now, though it was hidden under his fairly large coat. He could take it out easily enough to defend himself; he could feel adrenalin pumping through his veins already in this sort of fight or flight situation.

"How about we respect his workplace and refrain from fighting? Do whatever you came to do and tell him he's got someone waiting for him here if you see him?"

There was still a small chance the fight could be avoided...

Seeing that hand slide away from the bag was a huge relief. It wasn't over yet- neither men seemed to have relaxed really, but at least it looked like it was starting to look up. They may have just avoided a fight just there, and Caramia was grateful for that.

His gaze didn't leave Hansel as he watched his every single movements, ready to defend himself the minute something was off or too threatening. In the meantime, he could still try to be polite.

"I hope whoever needs the medecine will be better soon."

Well, if someone in a rival mafia was sick, it actually was probably a pretty good information to give Kyrie- he'd find a way to turn this to their advantage somehow. Gretel perhaps? Hansel never went anywhere without her, and now he'd seen him alone. Twice. Ah well. He'd leave the investigative work to his consigliere.

After watching Hansel get whatever it was he came for, noticing how little he trusted him (not without reasons, they were, after all, at war...), Caramia sighed a little. So apparently he'd be waiting here for a while. He wouldn't be against the idea of getting his own medecine himself, but then again... The doctor did keep a lot of poisonous stuff around here. Best wait for him then.


"That's fine, I'll wait. Have a nice day."

There was nothing wrong with being polite. He simply watched the other leave before letting out a sigh, relaxing and slumping on the chair some. He wasn't really into the idea of waiting. Maybe could he go back home and send someone to get that stuff for him later on... Axel could do it.

After another twenty more minutes, he stood up and walked away himself, not really willing to waste so much time here.
